Welcome to the Advanced Wellness Center. I'm Mary Franck, the office manager and I've been a part of the AWC team for over five years. Previously, I managed thriving medical practices and came to realize that the key ingredient to their success was patient satisfaction. My goal at the AWC is to assure that each patient has a professional and caring experience.

When you make an appointment as a new patient, you will be asked to fill out information and history forms.

Please arrive for your first appointment 20 minutes early so that you can fill forms out thoughtfully and completely as they are essential in helping us effectively assess your present state of health. It is also essential that they are complete if we are assisting you in filing insurance claims.

During your first visit, I will arrange a personal meeting with you so that we may discuss your insurance benefits. We want to be sure that you understand what coverage is available to you and how it may be applied to the variety of services offered by the AWC.

I will then take you on a tour of the facility and explain the focus of the various departments. We are all committed to you, the patient, and it is my goal to make your experience with us as enjoyable as possible.

Southbound on Pacific Coast Highway
Travel approximately two miles past the intersection of PCH, Bellflower Blvd. and 7th Street to the intersection of PCH and 2nd Street. Turn left onto 2nd Street. Turn right into the first driveway of the Marketplace parking lot, next to Ruby's. The Advanced Wellness Center is behind Ruby's and next to the California Pizza Kitchen.

Northbound on Pacific Coast Highway
The Marketplace shopping center will be on your right side approximately one mile beyond the city of Seal Beach. Pass the main entrance into the shopping center; turn right just before the light at 2nd Street, into the driveway by the California Pizza Kitchen. The Advanced Wellness Center is just beyond CPK on your right.

Southbound on the 405 Freeway
Proceed past Long Beach and exit at Studebaker. Turn right onto Studebaker and proceed (past the power plant) approximately two miles until it ends at 2nd Street. Make a right turn from the center lane. At the next light, Shopkeepers Rd. turn left and then immediately right into the parking light. Turn right again in the parking lot and continue past Trader Joe's, proceeding towards Ruby's. The Advanced Wellness Center is located to the left of Ruby's and just before California Pizza Kitchen.

Northbound on the 405 Freeway
Look for the interchange of 405 North and 7th Street/22 West. Take the 7th Street exit and proceed to the end of this freeway exiting at Studebaker Rd. Follow the curve to the left and make a left turn onto Studebaker. Proceed (past the power plant) approximately one mile, to where the street ends at 2nd Street. Make a right turn from the center lane. At the next light, Shopkeepers Rd. turn left and then immediately right into the parking light. Turn right again in the parking lot and continue past Trader Joe's, proceeding towards Ruby's. The Advanced Wellness Center is located to the left of Ruby's and just before California Pizza Kitchen.

Southbound on the 605 Freeway
At the end of the interchange of the 605, 405 and 7th Street/22 West, take the 7th Street off ramp. Proceed to the end of the freeway and exit at the Studebaker off ramp. Follow the curve to the left and make a left turn onto Studebaker. Go (past the power plant) approximately one mile, until the street dead ends onto 2nd Street. Make a right turn from the center lane. At the next light, Shopkeepers Rd. turn left and then immediately right into the parking light. Turn right again in the parking lot and continue past Trader Joe's, proceeding towards Ruby's. The Advanced Wellness Center is located to the left of Ruby's and just before California Pizza Kitchen.
