Wellness Center. I'm Mary
Franck, the office manager
and I've been a part of the
AWC team for more than eight
years. Previously, I managed
thriving medical practices
and came to realize that the
key ingredient to their
success was patient
satisfaction. My goal at the
AWC is to assure that each
patient has a professional
and caring experience.
When you make an
appointment as a new
patient, you will be asked
to fill out information and
history forms. To access
these forms and fill them
out before your appointment,
click here.
Please arrive for your
first appointment 20 minutes
early so that you can fill
these forms out thoughtfully
and completely, as they are
essential in helping us
effectively assess your
present state of health. It
is also important that they
are complete if we are
assisting you in filing
insurance claims.
During your first visit,
I will arrange a personal
meeting with you so that we
may discuss your insurance
benefits. We want to be sure
that you understand what
coverage is available and
how it may be applied to the
variety of services offered
at the AWC.
I will then take you on a
tour of the facility and
explain the focus of each
department. We are all
committed to you, the
patient, and it is my goal
to make your experience with
us an enjoyable one.
